With years of experience managing multi-platform campaigns at global agencies like Dentsu, Jess has led high-spend Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns for clients in industries ranging from legal and medical to SaaS and B2C retail.

At JELY, Jess oversees all paid advertising strategies, ensuring every campaign is grounded in data and built to drive measurable results. She is Meta Certified in both Digital Marketing and Creative Strategy and brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative testing to every account. Clients value her clarity, calm under pressure, and her ability to spot scalable opportunities that others miss.

Lydia Diaz brings over a decade of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and agency leadership. Before launching JELY, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of SEO at Next Level SEM, where she led cross-functional teams and helped scale the agency’s internal operations, resulting in major gains in productivity and revenue.

Lydia has managed campaigns with monthly ad spends exceeding $450K and built advanced measurement strategies that help businesses make confident, data-backed decisions. She’s not just a strategist—she’s an operator. From process automation to CRM optimization, Lydia builds the behind-the-scenes systems that power efficient, effective marketing.

As the lead on SEO and strategic direction at JELY, she ensures every client engagement is grounded in research, aligned with long-term goals, and built to perform. With certifications across Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and Adobe Creative Suite, Lydia combines technical expertise with a creative edge.
